Returns & Exchanges
Every order is handled with great care, and my goal is for you to truly love your artwork.
Because all prints (including cards) are made to order, all sales are final. I do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges except in rare circumstances outlined below.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact me and I will gladly help you review next steps.
Processing & Shipping
Domestic Orders
Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days, though many are shipped sooner. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.
International Orders
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and include insurance. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in your purchase total.
International shipping times can vary and may be longer than expected. Orders that are refused or rejected upon delivery are not eligible for refunds.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.
I am not responsible for delivery issues caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) once an order has been marked as delivered.
Damaged Items
Each order is carefully packaged to arrive safely. If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact me with photos of the damage and packaging so I can assist you on a case-by-case basis.
Damage that occurs after delivery (including during framing or handling) is not eligible for replacement.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please wait 72 hours before contacting me, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early.
Please report lost or missing packages within 7 days of the expected delivery date so a claim can be filed with the carrier. Claims reported after this window may not be eligible for replacement.

All artwork remains the copyright of Joy Gonzales / Made Seen. Artwork may be displayed in your home, church, or office, but may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.
