Shipping & Processing

Processing Time
All prints are made to order. Processing typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on order volume. Estimated shipping times shown at checkout are in addition to processing time.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Shipping costs and available service options are calculated at checkout. Orders are often shipped sooner than the stated processing window, but timelines are not guaranteed.


International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All international orders include insurance.

Please note:

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
  • International shipping times can be unpredictable and may take longer than expected.
  • Orders refused or rejected upon delivery are not eligible for refunds.

If an international order is subject to size or carrier restrictions, I will contact you directly if adjustments are needed.


Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Once an order has been shipped, I am not responsible for delays, mishandling, or delivery issues caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx).


Damaged Shipments

Each order is carefully packaged to arrive safely. If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact me with photos of the damage and packaging so I can assist on a case-by-case basis. You may be asked to file a claim with the carrier.

Damage that occurs after delivery (including during handling, stretching, or framing) is not eligible for free replacement.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be located:

  • Please wait 24–72 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early.
  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier office.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact me promptly so next steps can be reviewed. Lost or stolen packages after delivery are not eligible for free replacement.
